Request A Transcript
Current students and those who graduated 2010 and later
Transcripts can be ordered in one of two ways:
1. To order your transcript for in-state colleges/universities through GaCollege411:
Go to www.gacollege411.org
Create an account (make sure that you spell your name exactly as it is in our system)
Go to the college planning tab
Go to applications and transcripts
Go to request and track your transcript
2. To order your transcript through Collins Hill High School:
Come to the counseling office
Fill out a transcript request form (if under 18, it will need to be signed by a parent/guardian)
Submit form to Mrs. Kempster (counseling receptionist) with $5.00 per transcript requested
Pick up your transcript(s) in 24 hours
